I hope you had a chance today to be outside and enjoy a bit of the rain showers today. My wife even sent me a little video of water coming out of our downspout - which we haven't seen for more than a month. As you probably know, we have had 5 vegetation fires in the last 8 days, so we all need to be extra careful with our equipment and activities - at home and at work - to prevent any brush fire issues. Thanks for being diligent during a very challenging period.

FUN STUFF
I know this is another Tonight Show video, but I couldn't resist. I was told byone of my mentors that a truism in city government is that exactly 50% ofour residents love dogs and 50% don't. But at our house, we love dogs. Sowe could identify with this little video.
Have a wonderful weekend (if you have one this weekend) and watch for your opportunity to meet a dog today!
