This photo probably says it all. 40% of our respondents (sorry the poll was limited to the first 75 respondents) suggested that they loved the Batcave background. I knew it was a risk when I added it to the poll. It won't always be appropriate (ie: Zoom meeting with the Governor), but I will try to use it as much as I can. Thanks for weighing in!
By the way, second place was the Y Mountain background, the library was next, and the "no background" was dead last.

Provo City Updates
- The Municipal Council is holding its final pre-budget retreat today. The Administration is deep in budget preparation for FY 2021, and we will be sharing more information soon about budget plans and constraints.
- Work continues at site work and utility work at the location of new the airport terminal. Just about all of the pieces are in place. Construction will likely begin in earnest later this year.
- Temporary fencing will go up next week on the site of the new city center and public safety building. We will be reaching out with information about parking for city employees at the City Center shortly.

- The Mayor's Conversations with Kaufusi series continues with a conversation with Public Works Director Dave Decker on how his department is reacting to the pandemic and its limits on city operations.
- We are also in the midst of Spring Cleanup. A recent Mayor's blog post reminds our residents about the program.
Fun Stuff
Finally, I had to laugh at this meme on Facebook. Simon and Garfunkel are among my favorite groups growing up, and one of my first concerts as a college student was Paul Simon in the BYU fieldhouse. So, try a little karaoke using these words to the tune of "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover." Might even be a good family activity - with everyone on Zoom or Google Hangouts.

The Batcave would have been my second choice. Definitely Y Mountain. Oh well. I figure virtually anything is better than the floor joists in my unfinished basements that have disturbed the eyes of people in my department until today.
