I hope you had a great weekend! We pressed our married kids into some forced labor this weekend to carry a new treadmill to our basement where we carved out a small exercise room for Julie and me. Our new treadmill and her stationary recumbent bike are now protected from little grandkids and will work for my early morning exercise routine. Not as nice as the Recreation Center but a little more flexible for our schedules. And when you invest in a good treadmill, it seems like a bit more motivation to get my money's worth out of it.

FUN STUFF
So... I don't know about you but there is probably a line between courageous and crazy. I guess I might have tried something like this if it were one of my kids or my wife that was being threatened by the croc, but then again I probably wouldn't have thought about an elbow drop.
Hope the rest of your day and your evening goes well. Thanks once again for all you do for Provo.
