It is great to be back in Provo after travels last week and this. As I mentioned, the last 3 days some of our executive team members have been in Denver and Ft. Collins. Yesterday, we spent a full day with the McWhinney team, who have been chosen through a competitive process to be our master developers for the redevelopment of the City Center block after we move into the new city hall and public safety building a little over a year from now. We are currently working on an "exclusive right to negotiate" agreement which will memorialize our intended relationship and will allow McWhinney to begin their due diligence on the project. We were able to see several of their projects in the Denver area including Union Station, the Dairy Block, the Maven hotel, and McGregor Square.
